In 2022, the Renmin Business School launched a program in Management, jointly established by RUC, Luiss University in Italy and George Washington University in the United States. It is the world's first "triple-undergraduate degree international program in management".
The program aims to cultivate management professionals with a solid foundation in business administration and expertise in organization and management. Graduates are expected to combine a global outlook with a strong sense of social responsibility, understand Chinese business and management practices from an international perspective, think critically, analyze and solve problems effectively, and demonstrate strong learning ability, communication and teamwork skills, as well as creativity and innovation. Upon graduation, students will be able to uphold the values of excellence and continuous innovation, and take on managerial roles and responsibilities in cross-cultural organizational contexts.
