The program, themed "China's New Development Stage: Strategy, governance and globalization", focused on contemporary development challenges and the evolving international landscape, while rooted in China's national conditions at the same time. Senior RUC experts engaged the scholars on a wide range of topics, including China's macroeconomic strategy, energy transition and green development, demographic changes and social policy, social governance innovation, financial reform and global challenges and urbanization.
Through a combination of theoretical analysis and case studies, the program offered participants a comprehensive framework for understanding China's development path, earning high praise from the visiting scholars.

Beyond the classroom, participants visited a series of landmark institutions, including the China National Archives of Publications and Culture, Alibaba Group and the Grand Canal Museum. These visits showcased China's latest achievements in cultural preservation, technological innovation and urban planning, providing participants with multidimensional, vivid insights into contemporary China.
Launched in 2009 and funded by the fellowship, the RUC–NTU Lien Ying Chow Scholars Exchange Program aims to build a high-level dialogue platform for outstanding talent from China and Singapore, fostering mutual learning in culture, business and social development. Organized by RUC's International Exchanges and Cooperation Office and implemented by the School of Continuing Education since 2018, the program has grown into an important bridge for enhancing people-to-people exchanges and talent collaboration.
Building on this success, the School of Continuing Education will continue to leverage this program to explore best practices in international training and further strengthen RUC's high-end executive education brand, contributing to deeper cultural exchange and talent development between China and the world.
