
Qinggeletu, born in February 1977, holds a Master's degree in History and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Renmin University of China (RUC). He previously served as the Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee of RUC; Director of the Division for University Leadership Personnel and First-Level Researcher at the Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China; Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Committee of RUC; and Director of the Office of the Institutional Staffing Committee of RUC. He also serves as the Executive Director of the China United Front Theory Research Association, and a Director of the Beijing Higher Education Party Building Research Association. In addition, he is a member of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
His main research interests include Party building in higher education institutions, the development of university leadership and cadres, and united front work in universities.
