Lai Wei is an assistant professor in Sociology and HKU·100 Scholar at the University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD in Sociology from Princeton University. His research focuses on social stratification and quantitative methodology. His work has been published in Sociological Methods & Research, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, Journal of Health and Social Behavior, among other outlets.
