HE Li was born in June 1973. HE holds a Master’s degree in Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China. HE is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Renmin University of China, as well as the Supervisory Commissioner stationed at Renmin University of China by the National Supervisory Commission.
