Qinggeletu was born in February 1977. He holds a Master’s degree in History and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China, Director of the Division for University Leadership Personnel and First-Level Researcher at the Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Education. He also serves as an Executive Director of the China United Front Theory Research Association and a Director of the Beijing Higher Education Party Building Research Association. Additionally, he is a member of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

His main research areas include Party building in higher education institutions, the development of university leadership teams and cadres, and united front work in universities.
