Speaker: Prof. Luca Basso

Speaker Bio: Prof. Luca Basso is a Professor of Political Philosophy in the Department of Political Science, Law, and International Relations at the University of Padua. He serves as a board member of the Italian Leibniz Society, a member of the organizing committee for the “Marx Space” research group, and a scientific committee member for journals such as “History of Political Thought,” “Science and Politics,” and “Italian Political Philosophy.” His main research areas include political philosophy, particularly Leibniz, Marx, and Marxism. He has authored several works, including “Individual and Community in Leibniz’s Political Philosophy,” “Sociability and Isolation: Marx’s Singularity,” “Collective Action: Anthropology and Politics in Late Marx,” and “Leibniz and Natural Law.”
