On Nov. 16^th, Ambassador to Belarus H.E. Rudy Kiryl and delegation came to visit RUC. RUC President LIU Wei met with Rudy. Both sides discussed at length exchanges and cooperation programs and gave their respective advice, and created a framework under which RUC and Belarus would cooperate. RUC Vice President DU Peng, RUC St. Petersburg Research Center (Russia Research Center) Director GUAN Xueling, Vice Director WANG Xianju, RUC International Vice Director CHENG Xin, and Second Secretary to Ambassador of Belarus, and other embassy personnel were in attendance. After the meeting, Rudy delivered a speech on the topic of “Cooperation between Belarus and China in the New Era”, at an event organized by the Russian Research Center, RUC School of Economics, and National Development & Strategic Research Institute.
