They have been recognized for their dedication, unity, and hard work.

Zhang Donggang, Chair of the University Council, presided over the Teachers' Day commendation ceremony. Lin Shangli,President of RUC, read the commendation decision.

Qin Xuan, Dean of Xinmin College and the 2024 National Outstanding Teacher, Xie Lunyu, Professor at the School of Applied Economics and the 2024 "Role Model of Teaching and Educating" in Beijing, Jiao Tong, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Tongzhou New Campus Construction Department and the 2024 RUC Teacher's Ethics Pacesetter, and Zhou Li, a full-time counselor at the Psychological Health Education and Counseling Center of the Student Work Department (Office) and also a representative of faculty and staff who has been teaching for thirty years, spoke as award recipients, sharing their insights.

They all expressed their gratitude for the cultivation and support from RUC, and said that they will contribute their wisdom and strength to building China into an education power and to making RUC a world-class university.

Over the past year, all faculty and staff of RUC have pursued the spirit of educators as a common value, remembering their mission, innovating, and striving together, resulting in a large number of advanced models and multiple honors and commendations.

According to the "RUC Faculty and Staff Excellence and Commendation Activity Management Implementation Rules," the university has formulated the "Decision on the 2024 Teachers' Day Commendation," granting multiple honorary titles to many teachers and teaching units to commend them and inspire them to strive for excellence and make contributions.
