On December 15th, Chen Yulu, president of Renmin University of China had a meeting with the president of University of Bologna, Mr. Ivano Dionigi. Marina Timoteo, president of the Confucius Institute of University of Bologna, and Simona Storchi, director of the Information Center of University of Bologna were also in attendance. President Chen Yulu recalled the 6th Global Confucius Institute Conference, in which he and President Ivano Dionigi were appointed board members of the Confucius Institute Headquarter. He also congratulated the Confucius Institute of University of Bologna on the achievements it has made in the past three years. President Chen Yulu noted that RUC would continue to support the development of the Confucius Institute of University of Bologna and enhance the cooperation between RUC and University of Bologna in superior academic subjects such as law, economics, management studies, language and literature and other complementary subjects.
