On the morning of February 19^th, Vice President Hong Dayong paid an inspection visit to RUC’s three main lecture buildings, making sure all was set for the beginning of the new semester. Vice President Hong took a good look at the general facilities, including the classrooms, sanitation facilities, faculty lounges, multimedia equipment, lighting, and air-conditioning units. He also took time to listen carefully to the university employees in charge of maintenance, campus safety, landscaping, and construction. The university leadership recognizes the importance of regular and thorough maintenance work. In its efforts to ensure the academic success of RUC's students, the university is committed to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable learning and living environment on campus. Director of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department, ZHANG Mao, Associate Director of the Educational Administration Department, LI Xiangqian, Deputy Manager of Logistics, MENG Lin, and Chief Engineer of the IT Center, XIA Wei, were part of the inspection team.
