Renmin Unversity undertakes advanced training program of New Media Development for Mongolian delegation

With a commission of China Foundation for Peace and Development from the Central Organization Department, Renmin University undertook the advanced training program of New Media Development for the Mongolian delegation, from May 9-18.
On May 18th, 14 trainees from news media of Mongol Ardiin Nam and 12 other news media outlets led by Ganbayar, the minister of Public Relations Department, concluded their courses. Zhang Jianming, Executive Vice Chairman of the University Council, Yu Xiaoxuan, Deputy Secretary General of China Foundation for Peace and Development, Xie Yanchun, Senior Project Supervisor of CFPD, Dean of School of Education and Training, Zhang Xiaojing, Director of International Office and Deputy director Cheng Xin attended the graduation ceremony.
Zhang Jianming, Yu Xiaoxuan, and Minister Ganbayar made an address at the graduation ceremony.
Vice Chairman Zhang congratulated the trainees for their graduation, and expressed his thanks to the China Foundation for Peace and Development for their support and trust towards Renmin University.
He mentioned that Renmin University made good advantage of its achievements in social sciences and literature. Thus, he said, RUC has undertaken amounts of training programs from enterprises, public institutions and national ministries like Education Ministry, Commerce Ministry and Central Organization Department.
During this training, Renmin University provided high-quality teaching and excellent arrangement, he said. He hoped that the trainees can be ties between China and Mongolia, to strengthen their relationship.
After the remarks, Executive Vice Chairman Zhang Jianming and Deputy Secretary General Yu Xiaoxuan awarded the trainees the certificate of completion.
During the two-week training course, the program held specialist seminars, symposiums and media site visits. The trainees comprehensively observed the current media industry in China from multiple angles. Trainees made sincere talk with students and faculty in RUC. The training program deepened the comprehension between trainees and RUC students, which benefits the further cooperation between RUC and Mongolia.
China Foundation for Peace and Development is a national non-profit organization, founded in January 2011. The aims of the Association are to enhance people’s friendship, carry out international charities, further international cooperation, safeguard world peace and promote common development. The main missions of the organization are promoting international exchange, carrying out charities and doing monographic study.
