IMG_8412 The Bayreuth Young Artists Festival is an internationally renowned music festival that draws young musicians from all around the world.[i] In 1950, the Wagner Music Festival established the Bayreuth Young Artists Competition, which gradually evolved into the festival as it is held today. Young artists participating in this activity are exposed to world-class musicians, music professors, and music theorists, having opportunities to learn from their experience and expertise. The festival features performances of various kinds and also offers workshops, symposia, and other forums for cross-cultural exchange.
