On May 10^th, the Renmin University Graduate Student Association held the first round of its newly introduced discussion forum series, “Focus and Dialogue,” at RUC’s Student Center. The event was jointly hosted by Xinhua News Agency and the Renmin University Chapter of the Communist Youth League. Director of Xinhua’s news room, YAN Wenbin, Vice Chairman of the University Council, WU Fulai, Director of the multimedia center at Xinhua International, LI Dawei, along with other school leaders, attended the launch ceremony. A number of Xinhua’s top journalists, as well as close to 200 students and faculty, also joined the event.
